SCHOLARSHIP WINNER ANNOUNCED
The East Pottawattamie Soil and Water Conservation District
offers a scholarship each year to a High School senior planning an
agricultural and/or natural resource career. Once chosen, the winning application is
forwarded for regional competition. This year’s local $250 scholarship was
awarded to Nicholas A. Beedle of Riverside High
School.
Nick plans to attend Iowa State
University in Ames this
fall, majoring in Ag Business. Nick is aspiring for a career in the Sales
and Marketing field. We wish Nick
the best of luck in his endeavors!
